Setup Email

Step 1: Select Setting.

Step 2: At the Marketing, Select EMAIL SETUP.

Step 3: Enter the information, select SAVE when done.

Setup SMS

Step 1: Select Setting.

Step 2: At the Marketing, select SMS SETUP.

Step 3: Enter the information, the step shown as below:

  1. Select Add Item.
  2. Fill in the:
    • Prepend Code
      • Ability to automatically add country codes for mobile numbers.
    • Number Pattern
      • Use # to match exactly 1 character
      • Use ? to match 0 or more characters
      • Use #? to match 1 or more characters
  3. Press the "+" button for each item.
  4. Select SAVE when done.

Setup Message Template

Step 1: Select Setting

Step 2: At the Marketing, select the MESSAGE TEMPLATE.

Step 3: Select NEW to add a new Message Template.

Step 4:

  1. Enter the information mandatory fields marked with *.
  2. Published- To decide the created template is viewable or non-viewable on EMAIL or SMS sending page.
  3. Select SAVE when done.

Note: These Message Template can be used for both Email or SMS.
