There are few ways to check the prepaid items of the customer.
From Customer record:
At customer detail, select Transaction.

Under the Prepaid Item, it will show the prepaid items owning to the customer.

From Sale Ticket:

  1. Enter the customer name.
  2. Select the Customer Info button. This will open up the customer detail.

You can view the prepaid item using the above view prepaid from Customer Record.

In the event of customer refund of service, there might be an outstanding due created when the service first purchase. The outstanding due will no longer valid and need to waive off.

At the Sale Ticket, select the service to refund. Under the Ticket Due, it will show the outstanding balance due of the affected ticket .

Check out the Sale Ticket to refund the customer.

  1. At Payment, select the affected ticket with balance due, under the Waive, key in the amount to contra off the balance.
  2. Select the Tick, when done.
  3. Select Pay to waive off the outstanding.

At the Sale Ticket, select the Customer who will like to refund his/her Prepaid.

At the bottom of the Sale Ticket, select REFUND PREPAID.

At the REFUND PREPAID, this will show all the prepaid services that this customer is having.

  1. Check and under Refund, enter the QTY of services to redeem.
  2. Under Value, enter the amount to be refund.
  3. Select ADD & CLOSE when done.

The Sale Ticket item line will show the service for refund.

After the purchase of a prepaid service, you can redeem the service immediately after Checked Out the ticket.

At the bottom left hand side of the Sale Ticket, select USE PREPAID.

At the Sale Ticket, select the Customer who will like to redeem his/her Prepaid.

At the bottom left hand side of the Sale Ticket, select USE PREPAID.

At the USE PREPAID, this will show all the prepaid services that this customer is having.

  1. Under Use, enter the QTY of services to redeem.
  2. Select ADD & CLOSE when done.

Select NO SALE if there is no other Transaction or the Ticket among is 0.

Upon NO SALE, the Sale Ticket will check out and the redeemed service will show the remaining QTY of the Prepaid.

Sell Prepaid by Ala Carte Service

At the Sale Ticket’s Item, choose the Service to purchase as Prepaid.

  1. At the EDIT ITEM, change the QTY of the service.
  2. At Prepaid, select the checkbox.
  3. Select Ok to save the edit.

There will be a “Check” under the P (Prepaid). It indicates that this is a Prepaid Item.

Sell Prepaid by Package

At the Sale Ticket’s Item, choose the Package to purchase as Prepaid.
When designing a Package, you could have set the service as Prepaid.

Services that is pay in advance and is owned to the customer is handled as Prepaid in WESS.
Customer will be able to redeem the services during the next visit.
